Helen Bauzon
BSc. MND
Dietitian, Life Coach, Author, TV Presenter, Motivational Speaker & Business Coach.
Helen has a successful dietetic private practice, since the year 1998. She has counselled over 20,000 individuals successfully to become the best versions of themselves. Via personally conducted market research to assess the weight loss needs of her clientele, Helen has developed a very unique model of education and support to help transform her clients lives to achieve and keep their personal goals.
Helen's approach is all about never dieting again and being controlled by food. Instead, she will teach you how to "eat a little of everything guilt free". No more calorie or point counting. Helen uses the KISP principle. Keep it simple and practical. If you are struggling to lose weight you will learn about the gaps in your knowledge that are holding you back and most importantly be supported step by step to implement the required changes to succeed
Helen is an Author in the area of weight loss surgery, general nutrition and Irritable bowel disease regarding a low Fodmap Diet, worked on TV with Foxtel Living Life Now Program as the Dietitian for the 8 part series, has self funded and developed a series of DVD's (General Nutrition, Bariatric Surgery and Exercise) and produced a diabetes education program for both the health professional and client, titled Diabetes Insideout.
Using the wealth of this knowledge, Helen now supports individuals who own a Health Business, to Double their income, working 10-20hrs less while better servicing their clients.

Hayley Peak
Born and raised in Perth, Hayley moved to the South West of Western Australia after high school and completed a Bachelor in Marketing at Edith Cowan University in Bunbury. Having subsequently been employed in various roles in small businesses, community organisations and State Government, Hayley and her husband Adrian became business owners in 2008. Their business, Bluewater Tanks, supplied and installed rainwater tanks throughout the South West and Great Southern regions of Western Australia. In 2010, the Peak family moved to Albany to be closer to family.
Hayley has two children, Joshua who is 22 and Blake who is 18. Her son Blake was diagnosed with High Functioning Autism and ADHD and Hayley and her family have worked tirelessly with different treatments and protocols to assist Blake to manage significant anger and aggression issues.
After experiencing some difficult times with Blake’s issues, in 2014, Bluewater Tanks was sold and Hayley and Adrian opened The Wellness Shop, a health food store in Albany, WA, which they ran for three years.
From her teen years Hayley suffered with Chronic Fatigue and had tried many treatments and products to assist and while running The Wellness Shop, finally found a product that worked. After closing the shop in late 2017, Hayley and Adrian moved into national distribution with Wellness Wholesale where they currently sell, distribute a range of health and wellness products. They moved to Perth in 2018 to help expand and develop their businesses further.
With a strong focus on health and wellness, Hayley is dedicated to promoting holistic well-being and the value of community support. Her personal experiences and business successes reflect her sincere desire to assist others on their wellness journeys. Through her involvement with Wellness Wholesale and other initiatives, Hayley emphasises the importance of education, connection, and collective growth towards improved health. Hayley's genuine approach and steadfast passion serve as an inspiration for individuals seeking to enhance their well-being and make positive lifestyle changes.
